The Table Mountain Plateau trail run start at the upper cable car station 1,086 meters above sea level. From this elevated starting point, the trail gradually unfolds across the stunning scenery.

Along the way, the route guides you through rocky landscapes, transitions into lush Fynbos, and continues through swampy areas, all of which combine to enrich the experience.  The run is not overly challenging, but for some, the downhill to Echo valley will keep you focus.
